Having come off a barge trip on the Canal Du Midi, the room was clean bright and comfortable.

Our room over looked the rear entrance of the building on the beach, which was unfortunate as the hotel was clearly not full.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The rooms was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean but had a slight smell of smoke, probably because smoking was allowed on the balcony.

We booked this hotel based on its great location, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is situated in a beautiful town with plenty of pedestrian walkways and fantastic shopping. The rooms were spacious, modern, and perfect for our needs, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The hotel even provided a sterilizing kit and a cot for our little one. The breakfast overlooking the sea was lovely, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The highlight of our stay, however, was the outstanding spa facility. The indoor saltwater spa pool was the largest we've ever seen, and the range of amenities, including a sauna, Hamman, and massaging pools. And to top it all off, we had our own private beach to enjoy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and excellent service.

certain members of staff were unhelpful and confrontational. They should not shout at their guests but try to help them enjoy their stay.

many things to mention - everything was impeccably clean, affordable food, perfect views. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was huge and new-fashioned. had amazing facilities, such as a mini-bar, a safe, and a balcony. the hotel met the criteria, i will certainly stay here again.

The public parking was under the hotel, excellent service. The room itself was well-equipped with air con as well as court yard view provided...

Located on the bay, this hotel and spa is perfect for those who want to be on the beach and in the center of town. The spacious and modern rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, while the spa offers amazing treatments and a pool of bubbles. Breakfast is freshly squeezed with a stunning sea view. The staff are accommodating and even offer complementary pick up service from the train station and airport.

The hotel rooms could use a few refreshments.

Very clean, easy parking next to the hotel (with special 24h rates), very helpful and kind staff at the reception desk and restaurant. Spa area is very relaxing and well maintained.

The breakfast price is a bit too high for what you get. Otherwise nothing to complain about really.

This hotel is centrally located in the lovely town of St Jean.and there is a car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Booking in was extremely rapid and efficiently done. The room was very clean and tidy and had a small balcony which just accommodated 2 people. The main attraction is the spa located on level -1 easily accessed by the lift. The Hammam and the pool are superb and the view from the latter over the sea is delightful. The cost was included in the room price.

This is not a 5-star hotel and you should not forget that. The breakfast was a tad pricy for what you got.

The hotel is in a great location by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the neighboring apartments. The spa facilities are absolutely amazing, with a large pool, water jets, and water aerobics classes. The terrace area has various little shops and a creperie serving excellent coffee and breakfast or crepes, sweet or savory. The staff is attentive and there is a good attention to detail and flexibility in the services provided.

The spa reception can sometimes appear indifferent, as they spend a lot of time chatting with each other even when clients are waiting.
